3 FRENCH HENS
2nd Saturday, May thru November.
“Hens” as we call it, is a market in Morris that brings in a lot of traffic to the store. You will want to restock the week before, then return to straighten and refill after. This tends to be one of the busiest days of the month. This is not a TN event. More >

FFOREST FEST

fForest Fest is a music festival that TN produces in Morris. It includes a large vendor market. All vendors are invited to participate. This is a busy event and is also a busy few weeks (before & after) for the store staff. More info: www.fforestfest.com

REPORTS
Reports go out monthly by the 10th.
You will receive a link when you move in. Save this link. When reports are ready, you will receive an email. The report will list all items sold, how much and what day. There are tabs along bottom for each month. Descriptions are typed at the time of sale.

VENDOR CHECKS
Leaves office by 10th of the month.
TN takes out the next month’s rent and commission, then issue you a check for the difference. We suggest all vendors can sign up for direct deposit on the first page. If you owe rent, you will receive a Paypal invoice. Must be paid before month end.

DISCREPENCIES
Erik handles report questions.
If you have a problem with your report, or have items that are not yours, send an email. Staff does not handle this. Check previous months sales for missing items. You may have sold item in the current month too. It can take Erik up to two weeks to investigate.

LAND OF UNTAGGED ITEMS
Its a lonely place for cool merch.
If the staff finds any untagged items, broken items, missing pieces, or items not allowed – the item will be placed in the arcade closet. Please check this area on a regular basis. Items will be donated every two months, to make room for more.

NO TAGS
No tags. No vendor credit.
With so many vendors, it is impossible for staff to know who each item belongs to, especially without tags. Please tag items at home. If an item is brought to the register without a tag, it will be rung under vendor 00. If you are missing an item, email TN.

GOODWILL TAGS
Check your items thoroughly.
If a customer brings an item up to the register with a goodwill, garage sale tag, or any other tag – the lowest tagged price will be honored, no matter what your vendor tag says. The easiest way to avoid this, remove all goodwill tags.

HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE
First Sunday in November.
Booths should be decorated between Halloween and the open house. You may stay after hours. Don’t stress. Lights and a bit of greenery add holiday cheer. Décor sells in Nov. Gift items in Dec. Vintage sells both months. MORE DETAILS >

MOVING OUT
Please send a 30 day email.
We understand circumstances may change and you may decide not to “play store” at TN. No hard feelings. Please give a 30 day notice, via email so we have time to fill your space. Should things change in the future, you can always reapply.

SALES / DISCOUNTS
TN does NOT allow sales.
Vendors are not allowed to have booth sales, discounts, or promotions. To mark an item down, change the tag. Do not cross out the price. Do not offer shoppers a “deal”. Sales must go through the register. TN may offer 10% off items over $20, not marked firm.
