PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING

BOOTH SIZE
– Each booth is approximately 10’x10′ with overflow space.
– The market will go on no matter what weather comes our way.

FEE
Application fee
– $25 application fee, in addition to booth fee.
– Application Fee is non refundable.
– The fee is charged even if you are not approved.
Booth Fee
– $100 booth fee, per 10×10, for two days of selling! ($125 total)
– $200 for two spaces and mobile setups. ($225 total)
Optional
– $20 early setup on Thursday, November 12, 11am-6pm.
– $10 late takedown on Sunday, November 15, 11am-6pm.
– The backyard is fenced in and locked, but security will not be provided.
Please note: True North does not issue refunds.

TYPE OF VENDORS
– We prefer the majority of vendors be vintage/ thrifted.
– Only a small amount of Makers will be approved.
– No Direct Sales: LuLaRoe, Tupperware, Color Street, etc.
– No B2B/ Business Only: contractors, banks, solar, bath, etc.
– Wholesale items need to be approved.
– No copyrighted items.
– No items using the copyrighted True North logo.
– No CBD, illegal, racist, political, or dangerous items.
– Reiki and Tarot reading is not permitted by the City.
– This is not a good first market.
– DO NOT apply without social media link or web site for reference.
– You will be asked to list previous markets as references.

APPLICATIONS
– It make take up to TWO weeks for application review.
– Application approval is a committee decision.
– Application Fee is non refundable.
– App. Fee covers the cost to process applications.
– Applications close on October 1, 2026.
– Booth must be paid within 30 days of approval.
– Booths not paid in 30 days will be waitlisted.
– Applications are considered in order as received.
– True North vendors and fForest Fest Vendors have priority.
– If your category is full, you will be added to waitlist.
– Each category is limited.
Example:
Only one jewelry vendors per 10 vendors will be accepted for the market.

WAITLIST
– Invoices not paid within 30 days will automatically bump to a waitlist.
– Your category could fill while you are on waitlist.
– Deposit will not be refunded for waitlisted vendors.

FOOD VENDORS
– The City of Morris will not allow True North to host food trucks.
– We can not accept applications for vendors preparing food on site.
– We are so sorry! This is not our choice. We agree… its sucks!
– Packaged food vendors must provide a cottage food license.

OTHER DETAILS
– Space is limited. Apply early.
– Applications close October 1, 2026.
– True North does not issue refunds,.
– Cancellations and no-shows will no be welcomed back.
– Spaces are not transferable.
– Santa may make an appearance, so please not Santa costumes.
– Pets are not allowed during events, per City Ordinance.
– Vendors are not allowed to leave early.
– True North reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave.
– Spaces are not transferable.
– The ground is uneven and there are trees.

PLEASE NOTE: True North Fest is a community event. We strive to be an inclusive place and promote happiness. You will be expected to stay the entire length of the event. It will be two long days. It may be cold. It may rain or snow. It can be windy. We cant control the weather, unfortunately! There will be music playing. Its all a part of the fun. You just need to be fully aware of what you are signing up for.
