We ask that within the city limits of Morris, Illinois all vendors be EXCLUSIVE to True North. Most shoppers visit all the stores in Morris when shopping, and we strive to keep a state of diversity between the stores. This non-compete is valid only while an active vendor of True North, and expires after the vendor moves out. It does not pertain to participating in local markets, festivals, or events within Morris or Grundy County (in fact, we encourage it!)
By signing an electronic signature, you agree to abide by the non-compete agreement for the duration of your time as an active vendor at True North.
